I don't know why you think it is overhyped. TWOE is truly a masterpiece🔥 for me. It obvious that the same genre dramas give same vibe. But the cinematography, story, acting, choreography all are soo good. Actually there are lots of dramas that hv very normal storylines but extremely overhyped. But this is not. And it was the first time he acts noir. So I don't doubt his decision. He was extremly good at it.

I can understand your point. But I don't think JCW need extra popularity cuz the guy is popular as sane as everyday. If you observe u would see him surpass few biggest stars via his IG followers within last 6-8 months. I think he is more focusing the quality of the work prior to the other facts❤
