I wanna ask if these Thai actors are pure Thai or they are half? :) Also, would like to say that the best Mario Maurer movie for me was Crazy Little Thing Called Love <3
I wasnt expecting anything to begin with. I just checked it out bcoz it had the nice characters and the plot is not bad. Surprisingly, this movie flipped the switch! I like the premise of how alot of things happened in just one lousy April Fool's day with everyone involved yet unrelated. Shoutout to the BL part of the movie (i didnt see that coming!) and the kiss :)
I watched this after finishing the drama "Kasa wo Motanai Aritachi", both of which were written by News member Kato Shigeaki. I am curious as to how got these profound ideas that were on a different level. This movie, Pink and Gray, is something that is not easy to understand because it was very deep. Plot twist will make you go OMG. Its showed the two sides of a big celebrity in the showbiz industry, if a person is not ready for it emotionally and psychologically it will mess you around. A lot of things will happen in the movie but there are unanswered questions till the end. It may be up to the viewer''s imagination.
Since this drama is on everyone's watch list (anything with Yamazaki Kento is hype anyway) i felt that I will be left behind if I miss. From a non-YamaKen fan, this is just your typical high school drama / supposed love story. Really typical. You must be wondering why the feels as others were mentioning? Hmmm... there was thing with the lead female BUT I think what really got me was friendzone moment of the second female lead.
Speaking of female lead, Miyazono Kaori, is the type of person who will just appear on your tranquil life and bothers you every time thereafter. I'm not really a fan of this type of female lead. Plus, she looks like Ayame Gouriki (in the movie) who I ultimately try to stay away from.
So there, its not as tearjearking as it seems. You can try watching for you find out.
I was surprised how did Kato Shigeaki had this kind of idea in his head while he's busy with NEWS' activities. The drama may be short but very profound. This may not be for everyone's liking but I can assure it will make you re-evaluate things after watching.
