okay so Jigu surely had queer vibes all over her, but after episode 6 where we got the flashback from 7 years ago she got kissed by a girl and still want a boyfriend 6 years later I don't think she is queer after all. by the way I particulary like the scene where they got arguments about Gukbap and talking with satoori/accent where they originally come from (Eunji and Sunhwa are actually from Busan), that scene really brings back memories and made me miss Eunji as Sung Shiwon~ Shiwon and Jigu gave the same vibes as well anyway
from the first time I've seen the poster and the actress whose in it I have hunch that it's gonna be great and I'm glad I'm not wrong, this is so much better than I expected. it's such a shame we only got 1 hour each week. I'm regretting myself for not having enough patience to wait until it's finish so I can binge-watch it :( now I have to experience the pain of waiting each week for it...
The ending is really ruined everything for me. I know that it's typical k-drama thing to make the "start all over again as real Do Hyun Soo" thing is the right way to do, but I get tired of it. Why can't they just leave it as it is and make it beautiful? Why did they have to ruined it with something cliche? I know they had to do it or he won't think it's real. But come on! They do have a lot of cliches going on here, but the ending was the worst. At least come up with a better idea to show us somehow he have feelings and he's sure it is real this time. The serial case is really interesting but I don't think they center it around enough for us to know how the murderers really was, especially Do Min Seok. We know so little about his character. How did actually he raised his childrens to the point his childrens did not resemblence him at all. How exactly his relationship with his son really was. I know the point of this drama is about Hyun Soo's character and how he found out he has the emotional and love inside him all along, but I think the part how he raised is really important too. Anyway, overall it's good because if it's not worth it I won't finished it but I think it's a little bit overrated, definitely not deserve rating above 9.
I can say for now this is the best 16 piece drama I've ever watch in the last 4 years (since I was in such long k-drama slump for the past 4 years). Every episode is so intense, very thorough, never lose its purposes and not draggy at all. I'm regretting myself to not watching it ongoing because I can't ride the euphoria when it's popular, but at the same time feel lucky to binge-watch it cause I don't have to feel frustrated waiting each week just to watch 2 episodes. One of many things I like about it is they show how people are three-dimensional characters, someone can be bad or good depends on the situation. But one unfortunate thing is I wished they show us more matches scenes especially for the last episode match because oh my even tho there are only 2 match scenes those scenes are so intense, thrilling and touching at the same time. Anyway, what a masterpiece!
It might be too late to watch it now haha I didn't really interested on it when it's airing because I was in such a long k-drama slump but suddenly I want to watch it when accidentaly see it on netflix. I can say it such a shame, it started out really really great but it goes downhill after episode 7 when Haru disappear. After that it feels repetitive and lose it purposes. Haru's character is poorly written because his life was only about Danoh and nothing else. It made his character really boring. I know Baek Kyung is such scene stealer when it was airing, I can understand how he steals viewers heart, but I don't think I'm one of them. I still think he's rude and selfish even with his sacrifice at the end. He's still much interesting than Haru's character tho. There are moment where I thought this drama back on track, when Yeo Ju Da gaining ego and starting to have feelings for Dohwa. But unfortunately they decided to go down cliche way. Even with cliche story and bad ending, I still think this is such interesting drama. Because there are no many drama yet with isekai genre (even tho there are bunch of them in webtoon)
how could jinyoung be this bad at acting? I mean, he doesn't improve at all from 1st episode. Krystal and who the mastermind is are the only two reasons I'm not dropping this. I don't really care about the rest.
wow interesting, starting with already married couple. I think this would be the first time seeing Lee Jong Suk take a husband role. I hope no love triangle or something like that
I'm just casually watch this because of Krystal at first, doesn't really invest to it. But it became interesting the more I watch it. Of course the bad acting from several actors is kinda a turn off, but I think it's still bearable to watch.
this is kinda reminds me of Warm and Cozy, but better. even tho I think how she impulsively decided to open dental clinic out of spite is a really bad decision. she really didn't thinking this through. I know she doesn't have hope back in Seoul, but I think at least she should've back to Seoul at first and think this overnight. from what we know she don't have any relative there too. I just hope it will gets better and better~ I know we only see 1 episode, but from what I see there's no backstory or drama yet so I don't really expect something big happen anyway.
Ha Songyi might be annoying by clinging to her ex even when he obviously act like he doesn't like her anymore, but I think she has the right to do that because her ex being a totally jerk. suddenly dumped her only because what I think his work issues, never communicate anything, the only thing he did was always said the same vaguely reason and never gave her the answer she can understand why he dumped her. no wonder she still chase him after that. they were look cute together but I don't think they should getting back together again. Songyi doesn't deserve to be treated like that even tho she blatantly annoying too. by the way, it's been a long time I've seen Minah onscreen but I think she looks way thinner than the last time I've seen her. her cheeks just so thin, her cheekbones looks so sharp I prefer her chubby cheeks :(
okay, I got it now. I thought when she's crying, she was just sad her bf left her for work I wasn't get that she was sad because she was just done the abortion and actually needed her bf there.
one question tho, did she do the abortion? or did she keep the baby? because I'm pretty sure she keep the baby at first, but many people said she was abortion so I don't know. there are many scene that I can tell she keep the baby, but there are scenes that tell she did the abortion like she smokes after went to ob/gyn and said the boyfriend gave up the baby so soon when they are breaking up. so can someone tell me?
oh okay I got it, so this is kinda a remake of Initation Love because it's based on the same novel. great marketing for this movie actually because they really not gave away the plot from the beginning. I mean they never said it was based on the novel when promoting this movie before the release.
there is. based on webtoon, Gye Sun Woo or Bae In Hyuk's character is a second male lead, he will heavily involved…
Gye Sun Woo love Lee Dam very much but Dam doesn't feel the same because he used to be a jerk and she doesn't like shallow men like him. But his character development was really good that I feel bad for him at the end. He eventually changed into decent men who gentle and cares about Lee Dam unconditionally even though Lee Dam rejects him so many times. To be honest, by near the end of the webtoon, I kinda roots him to be end up with Lee Dam than with Gumiho. Shin Woo Yeo (Gumiho) eventually turns into annoying character to me haha
Hope Hyeri will be able to act decently in this one
finger crossed! Lee Dam's character is very similar to Deokseon and of course Hyeri's own personality too, but like with no aegyo. I hope Hyeri not putting much aegyo into the character.
can you explain what did you mean that the webtoon just turned to originals? is it not original naver before or…
Oh I see! ^^ In my country's naver webtoon they have the discover too, but just for the local writers and mostly just in each native languange. They have that too in Korean that calls Webtoon Challenge. But I'm not sure if this webtoon was a webtoon challenge before, but even if it was, they were not just turned this to original because it was already finished like 5 months ago. So I'm pretty sure the drama have enough materials to get it through and end it with original materials :)
