I have watched both Glass Mask and Yellow Boots and I have to say for tvN not doing many daily dramas those were the two best I have watched. I have rewatched them both multiple times and the revenge in the dramas are so justified. If you have not watched them yet please do

If you look carefully Seok Kyung doesn't have a necklace in her performance based on ep 1 starting and the preview for ep 5 and there would be no way that she takes one of their necklaces so it has to Eun Byul or Rona but my bet is still Rona
But you saw EB speaking to her dad so I think he'll give necklace to EB ...obviously EB getting hurt might bring…
Yeah but do you really think that they will actually switch the necklaces off. I do think that is plausible but I still think that they want to injure Rona to also progress Yoon Hee and her relationship being back on track but also to progress the storyline as well. I believe Eun Byul being injured doesn't fit the storyline in the direction they are going based on ep 3 &4
If you look closely at episode 1's beginning scene when jo dan tae looks at the body and the camera angle you can see that chain is gold. That is first hint because eun byul necklace is silver with blue jewel's on the chain. The second hint is that their is the piano where eun byul's necklace had a blue sapphire on the front. This ultimately made come to the conclusion that the person they will show is Rona getting seriously injured. Now I don't know about death or coma but definitely injured and there could be a switching of the necklace but highly unlikely. Rona will get injured in revenge for Min Seol Ah death by the twin's mother who we all assume will be Lee Ji Ah coming back into the serious. I do believe that Rona getting hurt though people don't want to see her hurt will be the way to progress the storyline. Eun Byul getting hurt doesn't progress the storyline that far as it would with Rona
You also see in the Ep 5 preview that you see Rona seeing the bribe though we don't know what the bribe was for and you can believe that the fall will occur because of this one key scene which she witnesses all of this and it is her reward for probably getting the truth.
