True. I'd rather forget it happened and I haven't seen anyone mention it that much after the episode dropped and…
And may I add that the first kiss happened in 2008. 2008 and not 2023, it's a different era iykwim. Homeboy is 19-yo then and probably didn't know shit -- he's a different (but the same loser in love lol) person in 2023. It is not just his confession but the song and the air between them at that exact moment calls for a kiss, really. I can fault the drama for that because that's what made that relatable and realistic for me.

Lol, my comment just gave away the age bracket I'm in.

no one will give hate...it's just a matter of preference or taste 🙌. Others are loving it more maybe because…
Agreed, it's a matter of preference and how deeply connected a person is to the characters -- maybe one is at a stage in life where they can't relate to these characters and circumstances, time can tell whether you will be able to truly like or dislike something.

I do have dramas I initially don't like but after some time, I got to a point (years later) where I can finally understand where the story comes from and where it will take me. Honestly I am watching Lovely Runner because I miss these kind of dramas, I don't want to overthink and just wanna be caught up in the magical realism (plus nostalgia) there is. AND THE CHEMISTRY. 🥺🌦️
