Actually a drama is not a platform for any actor to improve their acting skills. Like after they have acted in 5 or 6 dramas now they are good actors, actors should be good at acting in the 1st place to act and improve project by project but not a newbie to actong or very bad at acting. Cuz she is really bad at acting. A actor will definitely improve by every project but this doesn't labell them as good when in their 1st project you can say did that person really knows how to act. I really liked the drama falling into you especially with Xu Kai but only because of her stiff acting in that series that i dropped it half way. I can't stand seeing no expression on the actors face.

No no, this is way way better than check out. Let me tell you why cuz check out literally had no plot with no chemistry between the leads, and the total 12 episodes were draggy like hell that you couldn't even finish one episode. But this series has only 8 episodes with less minutes per episodes so it is not draggy and it also has a plot. And the chemistry between leads is good and you would not fell bored and it is believable. Their chemistry is also getting better by every episode. In check out the main actors did not even know how to act and it looked forced but here they do pretty decent acting. So this is just like another nice bl drama not a one that outstands but also not a one that you will regret watching but is really good. All those negative comments are because acc to plot and trailer and the hype this drama created really increased the audience expectations so high that the series was not that good so the comments were negative but this bl is way better than most of the Bl's out there. So you should try for yourself first. Atleast watch 3 to 4 episodes before making an opinion.
