Personally, I think a younger actor (like a 97er-03er) would be best. I think Lee Jaewook, Nam Yoonsu, or Lee Junyoung would be great, they could all pull of the vibe. I also added Bae Inhyuk because I feel like he'd fit it well too.

Sageuks are my fave, but I'm not sure they're more romantic in my eyes. I guess it feels that way because the romance is more 'high stakes' or something?? Still, I have trouble getting past how people are treated like tools.

The main couple was so bland imo, but nam soohyun was a really rich and interesting character. BIH did a great job. It's funny because he was also playing gye seonwoo in "my roommate is a gumiho" when it was airing and the characters were both seniors in university but total opposites.
