i cant wait for monday so i spend my time reading the official character profile on sbs website. now im sobbing by reading yeonsoo & her grandma's profile, the writing is too heartbreaking for my weak heart lol, at this point i only wish to give our fl a warm hug myself bye.
There are more parallels with the Witch than I've noticed at first and I love it https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Pa7PObM-bUM
BZBZ ZB how come i didn't notice this, the car scene, slapping, and kicking door!! what a multiverse of madness.. thanks for sharing, now i am getting butterflies in my stomach again.
So fun!! I have watched 4 episodes and it is still engaging. Go In Ho soldier from KDIC is extremely popular among k-netz and I also became his fan lol. I am rooting for Team Charlie!
I am being a sherlock and found a major hint about it! I posted my speculation theory about Jiwoong here if you…
Your welcome! It is coincidence when I was listing the main leads dating days in chronological order and found the 1,792 days of summer doesn't add up to yeonsoo & woong relationship span lol
This drama isn't your history book ..I repeat this drama isn't your history book so this isn't the right show…
I understand it is a drama, an entertainment. But it won't hurt us to educate ourselves by learning the past, especially from historical themed show. 🙌🏼
First of all this is not based on any historical event. Everything from the character to the story is fictional.…
Okay I get your point. It was wrong of me to say the heroine part as a fact, I apologize. I solely stated it because I found JTBC's excuse on that part is a stretch as Young Cho isn't a common name and the figure even has a book involves her life. Thank you for explaining your perspective, I genuinely respect it and will wait for the story! :)

But, we can't ignore the fact 1987 is crucial time in korean history. The story obviously revolves around the college student protest in democratic uprising. T__ T
Also the drama named the female lead Young Cho but changed it to Young Ro after the controversy. Why I stated the heroine is based on a woman activist? Because there is a living woman named Young Cho who fought in the protest and was once a symbolic figure in the democracy movement, but largely forgotten today. There is even a famous book about her if you want to know her tragic story.
I am a fan of historical event based show and I hope they do justice to the actual history. You can't deny it is a sensitive issue, and I wish everyone who want to watch this also read first about the democratic movement so they can learn the motives of real strong people who went through that difficult time. Especially, the fact the heroine is based on one of the woman activist who endured torture and survived despite losing her husband.
Anyway, I will give it a try to watch but if there is a distortion from the actual story I won't hesitate to drop it. My country also went through similiar event in the 90s and I know the horror. A years ago, the history repeated, the students in my city who demonstrated against the goverment got kidnapped and a lot got hurt. I still remember my class was cancelled and professor told us to get home, that night was more quiet than usual but I could hear explosion sound as I live near the government building.
WOW I TOTALLY MISSED THESE "EASTER EGGS".you're a Sherlock!!!I thought ji woong has/had a crush on Yeon Soo but…
I also didn't realize at first, but after I listed the dating days of the leads in chronological order, the "1,792 days" doesn't connect to Yeonsoo at all and I was confused, but after reading comments about Jiwoong's then I realized! :D There are still many cookie crumbles to discover and that is the fascinating part of this drama, im with you on the next episode ride~
same sentiments! I think when he agreed to do the live painting , it means that he is consenting to have his identity…
I can understand the parents dont know his job, because I also work in art field. a lot of older generation have no idea how art careers work and assume making money out of it is impossible. im in similiar situation and never explain my job to my parents.
But him having a big house i find it funny and absurd 😂 unless he use his parents money to buy it because they are pretty well off and have several restaurants ( they show it in ep. 1 )
edit : oh i remember, he didn't own it, but he rented it!! his manager mentioned it when nj visited the studio. tho it must still be expensive... but well it is drama.
So far, the writer used two movie as title. At this point, I wouldn't be surprised if the last episode they applied…
oh?? o_o I thought On Your Wedding Day is a whole another original story even tho it is really similiar w You Are The Apple of My Eye and the taiwanese movie had only japanese + thai adaptation.
A question guys; the artist Koo-o (idk if i spelled correctly or not :p) is not seen in public so no one knows…
In the beginning of ep.4 Woong did all the boring thing to make his daily life not entertaining. By doing this, he expected Jiwoong to give up filming and end the documentary. Of course, in his mind if Jiwoong give up, his identity won't be revealed so he didn't mind being filmed at the time.
But, Jiwoong pulled out another card, that is inviting Yeonsoo ( to discuss about the documentary concept ). Their meeting lead them to stir up their past memories and emotion lol, not to mention Mr. Jang and Nuah also get into his nerves.
For some reason, he hides his identity and Nuah probably took a part in it or maybe Woong just doesn't want to cause a scene and that is part of his personality ( we can see Yeonsoo picked a fight with his sunbae because Woong was too nice ). The reason hasn't been revealed yet, so we can only wait!
About Jiwoong's feeling towards ml from what I perceived, noticed, and speculatedEach episode has epilogue's caption…
