seems like the rope was her "first" plan that she didn't think throughly. maybe at first she thought of killing herself where no people know about her ( which is the past ), but once she met eungyeol and got to know how nice "yichan" from him, she then changed her mind and wanted to twist the past instead so that her mother didn't end up with eun yu's cheater father, and she wouldnt exist in the future.
