I have to admit but I will miss Stan Huang, he is the only reason I watched that series. I haven't seen the 2 episodes and I got this great feeling that this BL will be good like its predecessors "YOU ARE MINE" and "STAY BY MY SIDE", sorry about VIP ONLY it's a snooze fest to be honest. If weren't for Stan Huang, I wouldn't watch that. I am excited to see this new released from VBL COMPANY.
FINALLY!!!! The snooze fest is over... I hope the next one will be great...please VBL Studio.. Again and I will always say this over and over again, I only watched this series so I could get to see how HOT Stan is!! LOL hahahhaha and plus a bonus I get to see one of my favorite Taiwanese BL couple Parker Mao and Hsiao Hung... VIP ONLY is like a dish, it's not bad and it's not great, it's something that's worth watching but forgettable. Everything is so fast and sometimes doesn't make any sense but because of Stan, I will tolerate it as long as I get to see his HOTNESS. LOL With the 3 BL series that VBL Studio release, this maybe my least favorite. You are mine still my number 1.
So...I just finished episode 6 and from the pace of the series I think if I'm guessing it right, they will be combining the series plus the movie version. Because from the original series (Japan), right after the series, they released a Movie and it's like the finale where Adachi and Kurosawa end up together and eventually got married. And fro the looks of the Thai version it's heading on the same direction which is great. Everything is going well I mean hello it's TayNew and it will never gets wrong...LOL everything about this 2 is adorable and lovable and whatever the ending of their version of this series, no doubt, it will be great!!
So episode 9 is already out and I just finished watching it and right in this episode that I realized how HOT their captain is...I mean....OH MY GOD Captain please arrest me and torture me with you TOOL.....hahahahah LOl! He is so damn hot that I almost forget who's the lead in this series...hahahha Mister AKK please body check me in your checkpoint I am happy to oblige and if you want please interrogate me.....VIGOROUSLY !!!! HAHAHAHAHAH
Is this Babe's first acting job??? If so then it's understandable Because I find his acting bland and lacking real-world emotions just like in the recent episode (7). Billy is freaking out because he was so afraid of loosing Tharn (babe) because of all this bad dreams he's having and all Tharn just did was standing there and the way he said "calm down" makes me don't like to calm down LOL hahaaha I mean don't get me wrong, their chemistry is spot-on but Babe, I don't know. He needs more workshops. I feel like watching Tharn is like watching an old BL series back in the days when BLs aren't that popular, they just make it out of necessity or something! But I will give him the benefit of the doubt because I saw his portfolio and indeed he is a new budding artist. I still love Billy and Babe though, they are a great couple. I hope to see them again in another series and this time Babe will come through..
Episode 8 is so weird and annoying!!!! like what?????!!! from serious Stan to became like funny-like-brother with the ex??? I mean come on!!!?? what kind of show is this?? If weren't for HOT Stan I wouldn't be watching this. From all the VBL produced BL series, this might be the first one that is annoying and plot-less series. Stay by my side and You are mine still in my top taiwanese BL adding to it is Kiseki: Dear to me. What the hell happened to the writers of this series? Did they run out of any ideas? they are wasting Stan's good looks and hotness. LOL I hope the next VBL will be more intresting than this snooze fest . Still....I LOVE YOU STAN!!!!
MAIN CHARACTERS HAVE POTENTIALS BUT IN A WRONG SERIES (STORY, PLOT, ACTING) In fairness to Gun and Champ, they did well in this series given the fact that they are just starting from the industry (I assume). The whole "school-romance" is somewhat always a landmark for all Thai BL series, it's either you'll like it or hate it and this particular series I would say the only thing that annoys me is that this directors and producers just throw money on a production and assume it's gonna be a hit. There's a chemistry between Gun and Champ but in my opinion this actors have the same "TOP" vibes. Gun is like this alpha male and Champ is like this untamed man from the province that's oozing with sexual appeal. I am not saying that it didn't work but it would be nice if they are paired with someone who's docile and sweet. I would say it's fun to watch if you skip the silly parts and those cringed-worthy acting, I personally just skip almost 80% of this series and just went to Gun and Champ's part, that way I won't be wasting time on a series that's already a waste of time...LOL I wish Gun and Champ will still have a series because I can see great potential in both actors. But I haven't seen them recently in any series. That's just so sad.
This series deserves its rating given the fact that its past I would say predecessors SUCKS in every way, be it in cinematography, story/ plot and ACTORS, this one in general if not good it's the best. Now it's 2024 and I've been re-watching this for a while now and I still couldn't hold on to YIN and WAR, up until now I couldn't see the chemistry. Don't get me wrong, they are both great actors, good looking (especially YIN) but still i can't feel that "thing" that i feel in other BL couple that in just one episode you knew that they are meant to do that role. I feel they have this "top" vibes, War in my opinion is too "manly", I am not saying that I like sissy gays cuz I don't. (I am gay BTW LOL don't come at me as homophobic cuz I am homo hahaha) He is manly for Yin that is also a great TOP and I think he should paired with someone who's more docile, sweet and like NEWIE from GMMTV, someone like that, if that make sense. In all Thai BL that I've seen, this is one of those that I couldn't get onboard with the main couple, not that they are a bad actors or whatever, it's just that I can't feel "them". BUT...... Overall this was a great BL series and I highly recommend watching this, it has all the element that a BL series should have. NO HATERS PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE, JUST GIVING AN OPINION... :)

I was drooling the whole time watching him with his biceps and delicious chest and freaking eyes oh my god his eyessssssss!!!!!I hope this actor gets his own BL series soon because he deserve to have one given his looks and deliciousness hahahahahah! I am so happy that the original actors that are meant to do this series dropped out long before filming even started because if they did this one, I am sure it will hurt their career . There has been a problem between the owner of the franchise (cherry magic) and GMMTV on copyright stuff. Coming from a person that waited for years for TAYNEW to have this wonderful bl series, I say FUCK YOU JAPANESE COMPANY!!!!! You saw how successful the Thai version and you want more money!!!!!!!!??? And FUCK YOU GMMTV for not handling this matter ahead of time!! You could've put it on paper, lock down some sort of agreement so this things could've been prevented from happening!!!! I feel sorry for Tay and Newie and the rest of the cast because they put a lot of work into this and they did a great job!
