I agree! throughout watching this drama I kept telling myself on when will Xu Feng ever get what he deserved and, the good thing is that when that time came in the episodes, it was satisfying! I am satisfied when it was Jin Mi's turn to chase Xu Feng regardless on how difficult it is for her to win him back and in addition, she paid a heavy price with it.
After 123456789 years, I finally found a capable and smart female lead that can kick anyone's ass. The ML is also great, the only thing is that he is too merciful but I can give that a pass hehe.
One of the best scene in this drama is when ML chooses to follow FL and abandon SFL in their wedding. Like I actually enjoyed it because SFL is really a wolf in a sheep's clothing not to mention she irritates me to the bones.
Deng Lun is FINALLY back with the drama "Night Wanderer" after he broke out as a liuliang! All those dramas that aired in 2019 were the dramas he filmed/accepted before he became insanely popular.
The dramas you see in his MDL page that aired in 2020 and 2021 were just guest roles, episodics etc.
Though he does not appear much on drama these past years, don't worry he is also extremely popular in variety shows. He is thriving!

What do you mean by this? I meant to say that there is a force majeure clause in the contract so he rejected it, I believe many of them rejected it because of this reason if the melon is true.

Yes, it is disappointing. Don't know the reason from other artists but for Deng Lun, I heard from a melon that he rejected it because of force majeure.

Commenting for ppl to touch some grass and seek help w/out even knowing what actually transpired.......Well, the comments of what happened (the whole thing and it is not just fighting for this unconfirmed cast) were deleted but there are a bit remnants left from defending and other than that it is as clean as a slate.

From all I know is that it is centered on the ML named Chen together with an army major (FL) and a physicist (another ML). There is no romance at all. The rumors for ZLY started because she was the one listed in the cast section of Douban (but it is editable, so therefore unreliable). For Dilraba, she was also listed in Douban supported with strong rumors that circulated with her starring in here, but it was also reported that she rejected it.
