it happens when martial law is declared, most of the time soldier forgot their duty to protect the citizens and abuse their authority to get what they want. It also happened in my country before in which Ferdinand Marcos declared martial law in the 1970's and many people including youths also died. It's tragic and people in the present are still not over with it.
