Kim Woo Bin is in prime form. He nails cool, tough guy with a big heart effortlessly. The drama feels like Mad Max meets Hunger Games meets every George Orwell novel and every post-apocalyptic movie you’ve ever seen. Not bad. Just nothing special or original.
The bunny ears and tail 😂🤣. Luo Zheng is actually really great at comedy. He’s a good actor. Each drama and character are quite similar, but he still brings subtle nuances to each role. He deserves more recognition.
This is a Luo Zheng drama. So, they better not skimp on the kisses. I’ve come to expect a certain caliber from him and I don’t want to be disappointed. So far, the camera angles have been short-changing us on the kiss scenes so I can’t see properly, dang-it. But, given I’m on episode 7 and already got so many kisses thus far, I guess I won’t complain too much yet.
His dramas are always on point—swoon-worthy, heart-fluttering, intriguing, outstanding visuals. He teams up with the same writer most of the time. They are a great team. Hit after hit.
I like this writer. This person along with the director of dramas like, A Familiar Stranger, Destined To Meet You, Provoke, know how make captivating and swoon-worthy, visually-appealing dramas. They are a good team.
