In the novel, Jett tells khem to act "cute" to persuade Peem/ Pharan to help him break the curse since Khem is "Peem's type." Pretty sure the novel establishes Peem/ Pharan as gay.

Yeah, pretty sure a LOT was lost in translation. But am satisfied with the translation that I got out of it. I have stumbled across so many thai bl books , even the so called offical ones where the translation just wasn't making a lot of sense. Are you reading any other thai bl at the moment?

So far, it seems the novel can't be beat in terms of fear factor. I was genuinely so scared when reading the novel that I had to turn all the lights on in my room 🤣

Saw that comment too and was like "huh??" That person probably didn't read the novel, because the way he is dressed is exactly how it is depicted in the book. Also, just because he is a shaman, he should be in rags or some raggedy piece of clothing. Like please 🤣
