Thanks for this insight. I seriously wondered WHY Pran WAS SO, SO SAD hearing pat's dad bad mouth him and his parents. I honestly thought what Pat's dad said WASN'T THAT BAD for him to get that emotional but after you explained Prans thoughts behind his emotions, its totally understandable and CLEAR why he got that emotional.


Please keep updating more insights as episodes come along. Its interesting to fully understand the emotions that is being potrayed in the drama.

I think most gay guys verse each other in real life and I think thats the same here. I havent read the novel but am about to......someone who has read the novel said Pran is kinda like the bottom? ( not sure though since I didnt read it myself.)

I was really confused by the ratings drop because I think this drama is so nice and I can see the potenial in its plot and I have a feeling that the path its going, is going to be a good one. Its weird to me that I see some people say that the boys look" TOO STRAIGHT " and because of that, its affecting people's enjoyment of the story.......uhm, WHAT does that even mean?Like how can you tell a person is straight or gay just by LOOKING AT THEM. smh

The fact that two boys like each other is what makes them gay and NOT their physical appearance. People are so weird in their judgement.

Damn, the rating is really dropping like a bag of heavy stones. Seems people arent enjoying this as much? Hopefully, the next few episodes would cause people to like this drama.

Reply 1988 is less about the love triqngle and focuses more on the characters lives. I think you qould enjoy this a lot so give it a try

I think the episode is too short. It finished so fast! I see people complaining about the fighting scenes. Personally, I LAUGH SO HARD at the fighting scenes, its RIDICULOUS!!

Seems like episode 3 is where the romance begins and am living for it.

From the previous comments on here, it seems the drama has been changed a lot from the novel. Some characters are added not from the novel, the bet thingy also wasnt there too.

I was gonna read their novel but am going to hold off on it a little bit after I know it has a lot of bumpy rides, not in the mood for that kind of thing right now

I think pran seems to like pat more at this point ( episode 1.) Boy looks like he has been crushing on dear pat all the way back since they were like 8/9 years old?Pat on the other hand seems to NOT hate pran, and kinda likes him ( in a non romantic way as of episode 1). Pat is NOT shown thinking about Pran at all but our dear Pran has been seen staring into the stars with lovey dovey eyes thinking about Pat.

They are also talking to each other in the ending credits ( take a closer look at that )

I thought I was the only one that picked up on that. Pran seems to be constantly surrounded with all those smiley faces items to constantly remind himself to BE HAPPY. His mental health is probably not that okay but thankfully, it seems Pat is gonna GENIELY bring that much needed happiness to his life
