i tried to start this a few weeks ago, but ep 1 wasn't that intriguing so i decided to put it off. however, i decided to watch it again today bcs i really wanted to see hyejoon in this role. i have NO REGRETS! it's so interesting and i totally agree with everyone, the rating should be at least an 8 or 8.5
i recommend everyone look up the deleted scenes (you can find a lot on twitter) because i feel like there's a lot of important scenes we weren't able to see. also, there's a lot of content for everyone rooting for yihyun and saebom's romance lol
the "bad cop, good cop" conversation yihyun had with saebom has me so terrified for the future because it felt like a hint that he'd die. he's the bad cop, and as he mentioned, the bad cop always dies at the end...

gotta add though, gu an sheng was a weirdly written character imo. i didn't like the plotline of him romantically liking anxin, even if they were adoptive siblings. knowing they grew up as siblings and that anxin viewed him SOLELY as an older brother, it was quite an uncomfortable experience...
i initially thought he was just being a super overprotective brother and went most of the show thinking that so i wouldn't have to face the reality that he liked her in a romantic way, but then he confessed and....
this drama feels like 3 different dramas at once LOL, but the best part of this show was probably the chemistry between the main couple. they were so cute :')
also, i've seen some people say they dislike how business-focused it gets towards the end, but i personally liked it!
i feel like Bitna may be on the aromantic spectrum. considering her behavior these past 6 episodes, there could be a possibility she is aro which explains why she's struggling with her romantic relationship with Kyuhyun
someone under the YT comment section pointed out that Jiwoo's family (parents + her brother) is the only family we've seen throughout the entire series and i thought it was an interesting insight. her obeying her parents no matter the situation probably has something to do w the loop
started off strong, went kinda downhill from there, but the actors, ost, and beautiful cinematography saved the lacking script/plot.
someone said this already but this drama is definitely better for binging than watching while airing/in a long span of time. while many of the comments here are mixed reactions/negative, don't let that drive you away from watching because you may find this drama enjoyable, especially if you're a fan of cliches bcs i feel like there's quite a few of those.
just don't go into this w high expectations (like how most of us did), and try not to use too much logic. just enjoy it :)

i might've counted wrong bcs of the camera angle, but i love small details like this in dramas. idk if it was 9 roses on purpose or not, but it's absolutely heartbreaking
