Yes, they had the flashbacks included in that scene, so I'm pretty sure he's gunning for Mr Kim and his cronies as well, but I don't understand it in connection with his thirst for revenge for his dad, if he knew these guys were corrupt. He acts like his dad was totally innocent, so I'm looking forward to the reveal on exactly what's going on there.
