Probably yeah, I'd take their announcment just as them confirming that production has started rather than all of the main cast are already on set fully filming
Netflix has officially confirmed that the production All of Us Are Dead Season 2 has begun and full-scale filming…
Filming starting this early in the year is a pretty good thing imo, I honestly didn't expect for any filming or production to start until maybe mid-year tbh. I think 2026 is a very realistic timeline now, maybe late Summer or Fall 2026? or early 2027?

In ONE PIECE co-showrunner, writer, and executive producer Matt Owens’ previous conversation with Tudum, he revealed that Dr. Kureha will definitely be part of Season 2. “When the Season 2 writers’ room got together, we knew how far we were going to get and that this character Dr. Kureha was going to be a big part of the season.”
Owens is also eager to introduce viewers to some other fan favorites next season, especially since “Oda told everyone we’ll be meeting Chopper in Season 2.” The Straw Hats are also going to be in the Grand Line — “The place that we were talking about all of Season 1, we’re in it now,” said Owens.
So far from what I've seen they haven't explicitly said it will air in 2025 but ya never know, might just be they don't wanna jump the gun early on a set release time before they are ready. Them finishing filming this early in the year is a good sign at least 😄
Doesn't sound like this will be coming in March either, Villain's Country was confirmed to broadcast in mid-March. This'll probably come out sometime in late April or early May
