This one will be a 4 episode spinoff of the series, and S3 will be separate from this one and be 13 episodes. Not sure though who will be in the S3 one as of yet as it they haven't announced the cast for that yet, only that it'll be coming in the second half of the year :D

Article about Kim Mu Yeol's reported casting for the drama First Doctor mentioned this would be coming on May 4th, which seems like a mistake since that is a Monday when Netflix always releases Korean dramas on Fridays and would be just 10 days after If Wishes Could Kill. Curious if they meant a different May date and put that on accident

Hwang In Yeop reportedly has been offered the male lead, Na Yu Yeon, and is currently coordinating the detailed schedule.
Will be produced by Moving Pictures Company, which produced the Disney+ series "Moving" and "Light Shop". The broadcast schedule is yet to be determined.

It appears that Shin Ye Eun will not be taking on this project unfortunately. She was reported to be in talks for the drama Night Traveler with Park Go Bum on April 2nd and in that same article it notes:
"The drama 'High School Queen,' for which she was previously rumored to appear, was one of the projects she was offered at the time, but it is ultimately expected that she will not participate."
