If it's truly coming on May 15th as reported, first teaser would be coming out around mid-April. Will have to wait and see if that part is true ;D

I believe it will be yes, however Netflix does say sometimes that shows/movies featured might not be available in all markets. If you click the Netflix page someone linked below and it allows you to enter should be available for you :)

Hello, just asking... Since The Great Flood did not have this kind of gross revenue or money returns, how can…
A bit harder to compare since one is revenue based on movie-goers and The Great Flood is more compared on how many streams it registers.

But according to Namuwiki:
"The film was a huge box office success in its first week. It achieved 27.9 million views, breaking the previous first-week record for a Netflix Original Korean film—14.3 million views—held by *Badland Hunters* by nearly double, and topped the charts in 72 countries, securing the number one spot worldwide for Netflix movies the week of its release. Furthermore, in the U.S., it surpassed *Knives Out: Wake Up Dead Man* to hold the number one spot for eight consecutive days, a first for a Korean film."

"On January 28, 2026, it recorded 147.1 million viewing hours, surpassing *Badland Hunters* to break the all-time record for the most viewing hours for a Korean film on Netflix. This record surpassed the viewing hours of *Badland Hunters* over approximately two years; strictly speaking, this is not an equal comparison, and it is expected that the performance of *The Great Flood* will far exceed that of *Badland Hunters* over the same period.

"On March 11, 2026, it surpassed the Spanish thriller *Nowhere* to take 5th place in the all-time Netflix non-English film rankings."

Is there info on whether it's set for second half of 2026 or if it's for 2027?
Hasn't been said yet unfortunately but probably 2027 b/c the KBS Sat-Sun line-up for the second half of 2026 is kinda locked in and i'd assume this wouldn't finish filming until probably September at the earliest if i had to guess

and A Love Other than Yours and Great King Munmu are supposed to be their 2 dramas to close out the year for September and Oct/Nov

that sounds like a lot of time! is it normal to film for so long?
Pretty normal tbh, filming for dramas around the 6 month period is kinda what ends up being typical filming period i think. Season 1 took around 7 months to film for reference
