Park Hoon reportedly confirmed to join a Cho Dong Hui, the pitching coach for the Stars, and is expected to share primary acting chemistry with Kim Rae-won, who plays Hwang Jin Ho, the Stars' coach and acting manager.

Previously, Jung Sung Il was offered the role of Cho Dong Hui last year and considered it, but was unable to reach an agreement on various complex matters. It has been confirmed that he ultimately decided not to participate after consultations with the production team.
