Nam Ji Hyun will reportedly not be returning due to scheduling conflicts after being in discussion for returning for season 2. Season 2 recently began production, and is scheduled to begin filming in the first half of next year. Jang Na Ra is still reported to be positively considering appearing in season 2
Samsung Securities Co., Ltd. still had this listed as TBD for the release date and the channel to be released on in their SLL content lineup for 2025 they released on May 9th.
At this point I really have no idea on the future for this, it was reportedly supposed release on Paramount+ in 2nd half of 2024 but that went nowhere and since then it kinda just randomly appeared at the 2025 Berlinale Series Market and has been dead silent since then. No stills or even the cast showing up there to promote it from at least what I have seen. I wouldn't be surprised if this gets picked up by one of the smaller channels randomly and just gets released with on a whim
Production is confirmed by the production company for the drama Kakao Entertainment. They have announced that it is currently in the planning and development phase. No announcement on release schedule, cast, director, writer etc.
