They actually offer free content like a lot of streaming services do now. And the cost of one month subscription is less than most fast food meals or a cup of Starbucks. I actually really enjoyed this until the very end. Khing does NOT EVER need to be around Cake or Kla again idc how much therapy she gets and how much remorse she feels. They not only forgive her, but allow her to come back and be a part of his production? WTAF?? Ugh. That dropped the rating just based on that alone.

Okay a few bullet points here for those considering watching this:

• this was low budget made at least 10 years ago and it shows
• there is really no “sexual content” other than a shower scene with a butt and some not-so-heavy kissing
• the only “bdsm” is one character being whipped by another while naked - it’s an excessively long scene too but not exactly what one would consider “bdsm”
• the ending is not a happy one
• it was NOT made by GagaOOLala even if it is on their site/app despite what some commenters stated

If you watch it, x2 speed is highly encouraged.

Huh. I didn’t see it that way. I viewed it as the final stage in grieving their relationship- a closure if you will. Acceptance. They saw each other and had the chance to reconnect by either getting on or off the bus but neither chose to make a move and stayed as they both knew would just start the doomed cycle over again. Accepting their fate, their incompatibility, their overall outcome. The pained but cordial smiles before the bus drives away was a lovely way for them to acknowledge such closure and end the film. Their story together was finished now, time for them to individually freely move on. That’s just my perspective of it.

Plus there is always the lyrics of the final song. They weren’t destined to be. Sad but true.
