I know fl reaction is not good about the misunderstanding but it's rather common in rl. People assume from trivial things, not immediately confirm in the first place bcs it will be awkward and impolite. Once the misunderstanding cleared, it's like it never happened, both parties went well with that. I enjoy overall episode tho

i expected some of their development might feel rushed bcs there's so many small details such moments with the art club, ooba sensei, yotasuke etc. but the atmosphere and their acting is quite nice, the dialog was pretty natural too. though, being yatora kinnie make me hard to watch it already

I read another theory that the Lingxi seal dissapeared because Jiyang was already tainted by yinzhu/demon cultivation, means he's not 'pure' anymore (Yunmeng Sect Chief said the Lingxi seal can't be cast if one's heart is slightly unpure), so when he's back in the ending the seal also reappeared because he's not tainted by yinzhu.

Yess I also think it can be considered happy ending bcs of the OST and lingxi seal appear again, means jiyang is back for real (not only nanyan's imagination). But it still rushed

i just finished The Princess Royal and it has a LOT of reverse role scene, like when the ml and fl watching fireworks together the fl secretly admiring his ml, when they come to a festival and the ml like a shaped candy the fl bought it for him, the ml didn't belittle himself for having a domineering princess while he's rather a lower official, instead he support her. when i see this list of yours, i'd like to watch some more
