Hopefully Netflix buy this amazing drama. The whole cast and crew, acting, directing, script, costumes, filming/shooting set up, and everything are very well done. (and beautiful OST!!) Action scenes are top notch! You can see how much effort and dedication went in there.
I actually like that there is no kissing scene. It push the actors to bring their A game to show pure love without using over the top kissing scenes. In my opinion, this is real acting skill to engage and connect with the audience. Eating each other face off isn't that difficult - to each their own I guess.
This drama is refreshing - going back to classic filming style focusing on story, plot, acting and epic action scene, rather than all about the kisses and steamy scenes. Just my opinion.
Warning! venting! I've read about his most recent livestream - HMH said he is normally a strong person and can go on his own and doesn't need to be favoured - but that doesn't excuse these people to mistreat him like that. All he seems to have is his family and kiwis. I hope his contract with Hesong is coming to an end very very soon. I will be absolutely delighted if he decided not to renew it and manage to get out of that such awful place. If he does renew it (please please don't..), it's going to be heartbreaking. Hesong is useless, and if anything they are harmful, cunning and blockage to his career with no regards whatsoever to his physical and mental health. He can go solo and he will be just fine. He can pour his heart and passion to his singing career alongside acting, but at his own pace. If he ever sign up with any agency, it shouldn't be more than 2 years (I don't know if that's possible or normal) - just my little wish. If it's diabolical like Hesong, he doesn't have to waste his time and be trapped like this for too long. I just hope he wises up after getting mistreatment in the last ten years by these useless evil companies. venting over (for now)!

Episode 22 ending is wow..... it's getting better and better. Please don't let XWY die. Only 6 episodes to finale, NO! I will be rewatching it all again.
HMH is doing an amazing job so far, he IS Xiao Wu Yi. He has incredible understanding of the characters he plays. Aimi did a very good job too. I keep rewatching that epic battle scene with monster fire sword and blindfold horse riding competition scene. They are iconic! Hope he gets action movie in the near future, he will definitely nail it.

Yeah that's one of the reasons why I have decided to sign up. I've been a silent reader for a while. Haters are too ridiculous. If taking out their rotten rating, this drama would have been around 9 or more.
