Omg aha! I thought it was just me! The same thing happened to me but I watched episode 3 first. The beginning did feel weird without details but the rest was just amazing..the fact that I didn't feel much lost either, you gotta give it to the writers~

i was in the same situation as you. Un wanting to watch it cause i know im gonna cry but unable to take it off my PTW list. and i was right, i never cried so much in a movie like i did in this. but i 100% don't regret it. its such a deep and emotionally perfect movie. loved every bit of it!

An absolutely incredible movie.
There were times i was laughing so hard i couldn't breath, times i was in such awe and times i just couldn't hold back the tears.
