From someone who watched kdrama, cdrama, jdorama, & thai lakorns, here you go:

Cdrama: 8.4 ~ is good, most people liked it
Kdrama: 8.6~ is good, most of the fans over rated it tho (literally)
Jdorama: 8~ is super good and rare
Thai lakorns: 7.8~ is good
