There are so many flaws to count in this series production. But because Sun and Junior together are so adorable, I just ignore the facts that these two orphans could stay in a boarding school, they have changes of clothes and money for activities at the festival fair.

Another thing I like in episode 3 is the progress of Thame and Po's relationship moving forward. Po may secretly like Thame but he's very cautious because it's his job that prevents from crossing the line. It's as delicate as his detailing the suit he's working on. Thame, however, is so transparent to us viewers. Him staying in the shop after finishing the sandwich, threading the needle and sitting there observing Po works. Thame trusts Po so much that he banks on him to bring the band back to their house. It's not just only Thame eyeing Po. Po shyly dodging his look is saying they are already attracted to each other. They need to continue like this and up their relationship with their timely confessions.

Oh geez...Thame's lame excuse of not saving Po's number can't fool us viewers. He just wanted to see Po as much as Po wanted to check on his progress with Jun. But I do love that Thame repeated "062 031 7745" again and again until Po slightly grinned. It's as if Thame was getting used to calling out his name.

I also like that Po completed his mission bringing Jun back to the house. Next would be mission Nano. Su su...

I wonder who wants to harm our young master by drugging him and his friend? Now we are getting some actions since the introduction is complete and the flirt is on going.

Apparently, the scooter boy and Zhenqun were long lost childhood friends. Let's see how they will reconnect their friendship.

Heng 4's popularity among the ladies is making Bushi jealous. But I love how he says "my man" to the girls. A clever way to shoo them flies away because it either interprets as "my property" or "my beloved".

What's going on in Heng 4's circuit? He is analyzing and evaluating data on his current emotion toward his client, young master Bushi. Luo Bushi, on the other hand, seems to enjoy being pampered. Perhaps at this stage, he considers Heng 4's head pats, pecks on his forehead and addressing him as "baby" and "dear" as a motherly concern. After all, Bushi's lost his mother and lacked a father's affection.

The monk passed away painlessly and peacefully was the last death saved to show in this finale. Gotta love the writing on a very sensitive and controversial issue about euthanasia. Given all different point of views , still, who's right and who's wrong. Down to the last minute deciding between the doctor and the officer.

I find this love story is as powerful as Romeo and Juliet or Tristan and Isolde. Unlike the star-crossed "forbidden love" affairs, it's more like "impossible love" for Tew and Kan.

Focusing back on the finale, I didn't like Dr. Rin sent the anonymous letters to scare Dr. Kan. However, I'm glad that she had her peace and is no longer a threat to Kan's career. I also like the idea that Tew's investigation skills had him figured out on his own the cause of his mother's death.

That was a powerful performance of the confrontation between Tew and Kan. I was torn watching the two falling apart.

"Spare Me Your Mercy" has become my favorite lakorn of 2024. I believe this is meant for all kinds of viewers and not exclusively for BL audiences.

Touching: Shaopeng signs, "Sign language can't tell lies." "My family are also yours" Zixiang responds, "Do you know what you just said means?" Shaopeng sealed his confirmation with a kiss while still on his knees. 🙆‍♂️

I love it! If you love Ko Ho Jung's lead role in Choco Milkshake, you won't be disappointed with him playing the lead again in this.

Once again, his role is the object of affection to two swimmers instead of the incarnate of a dog or a cat. 😁 The only difference is that all three men did not end up in bed together like Jung Woo was caught in between Choco and Milk.

Nevertheless, I enjoy this very much. There's a happy ending for all three men. I absolutely recommend this.

I agree about the phones. I'm not expecting a complete kiss between the lead couple anymore. Most of the time, secondary bl couples not only kissed before the leads some even made out or in NC scenes way before the MC kiss.

I'm not buying that kiss with a glass panel between them. Bleh! 🤪

This episode 6 feels like a filler for me. I'm not complaining. It's just that not much new drama to the story. The filming at the beach could be viewed as their mock confession in front of their friends, but when the lights went out it got real with the kiss only it's because the confession has been done and filmed.

Real is being hot and cold with Hia. But I'm disappointed that they have Hia playing dumb. Hia takes Real's attitude as a friend annoyed by him.

Starting with a clean for episode 9. We have a new cast of characters. First year engineers trio, Gun and Kong meet Faifa. Except for Kong who would be the odd one out. I think Pipo would be a suitable mentor for Kong. I mean Gun and Faifa walked away leaving Kong just like how Po ended up with imaginary friends when Arm and Sand ditched him.

There was so much energy in episode 9. Gun, a mama's boy, is full of sweetness and smiles. He's a cute bubbly baby who needs protection from the darkness in the evenings. Faifa an extrovert with a positive energy and an outgoing nature. He's a key character who brings Yotha and Gun together. This introduction episode has the new year engineers run around settling in, meeting and greeting.

I guess Yotha, a brooding character, will be Gun's protective and future boyfriend. Looking forward to the beginning of another bl story.

😆 he is Bu Shi's friend. The kiss is letting Zhenqun know that it's like a brother's kiss not a lover's kiss. He meant to dispel his friend's assumption that the body guard was aggressively courting him. Hence the kiss was to convince the thugs that Bu Shi had no intention of flirting with his b***h. She set Bu Shi up for a beating with her lies.

Renovation is not an exceptional love story, but I do enjoy the short romance. I won't say this wastes your time. Watch it only if you have nothing better.

It shows 10 here on MDL. But I just completed watching episode 8. I'm fine with this as the finale. It wrapped up the plots simultaneously. Both Rei and Kai were rescued by their loving boyfriends. The bad guys gotten beaten up. The princes arrived on a motorcycle (their metaphorical horse) and off to the beach (metaphorical sunset) happily ended the drama. I don't need two more episodes.
