Idk how this was filmed, produced and released there in China, but it's here where international viewers get to appreciate. For a country with restrictions on such genres, this production is way better than those Southeast Asians that have been making and releasing bl series. Everything about this is good and enjoyable. The story, filmography, sound, direction, script and screenplay, acting, and the young handsome talents are all top notch quality. According to their portfolio here on MDL, this series is a first project for all four of the main leads.
I was instantly drawn to all the characters. Each has come with his own burden or struggle. Qi Lu an aspiring sketch artist responsible for his grandfather who slowly succumb to Alzheimer. Qin Xiao an award winning young artist suffers his excessive controlling father's strict upbringing. Tanyi a deaf youth ran away from home shun by his parents because they found out he's gay. Lastly, Liu Yang a handsome Art Camp Director suffers a loss of his own biological brother.
I enjoy the first four of twelve episodes. The story is very engaging. The chemistry between the main characters is very agreeable.
This is the best SPECIAL episode of all the bl series' specials. 1/2 of this shows Zhou Zhou and Yun Shi lips locking. But the main thing is the long grandiose proposal hinted at by Mrs. Yao.
It's nice that we get to see Yun Shi's mother, whose voice we've only heard over the phone in the prequel. The actress was perfectly cast for this role.
The other nice thing is seeing the VP proposing to the president's driver. Maybe I'm overthinking that this episode is a spin off of the original as a SPECIAL. 🙏 I dearly hope there will be a real SPIN-OFF series about the VP and the driver. Wishful thinking.
It's agonizing to watch his facial expression when he was on Dooby Dooby Job spinning the wheel. Idk whether Piuno lacks motivation being a guest on the show or Mew himself lacks the motivation filming this entire series. 😅
please someone should kindly answer this question cause it's been bothering me tbh. how can a robot actually eat?…
Detail detail...right!? For humans, what goes in comes out but in a different form than it went in. I have to believe it's possible for fictional characters. Otherwise I'd be bothered with the kissing between Heng9 and Yi-ping. I mean the android's skin texture may feel real, but I suppose it does not sweat like humans. Thus kissing and tonguing an android dryly must be...idk what to say. 🤷🏻♂️
Ep.9 is wrapping up the series. I have no other bl to see or to catch up on, so I just wanted this out of boredom. This series got worse as it closed to the end. Well, since no other bl is scheduled next Tuesday, I'll watch the last episode, no loss or gain of my time anyway. 😏
👍 This is surprisingly good though it's kinda dark and heavy. But I love it! 👏
With a cliffhanger of Akira and Lightning Bolt standoff while Nozumi bringing down Sakura supermarket, please bring season 2 soon, please please pleeze...🙏
The two leads are really cute together...but it's obvious that they are still green to the camera. Giving me old…
Ugh! I am reminded of the ambulance scenes that it was cut off by a speeding car swerving in front of it. Idk what road rules are in Thailand, but internationally shouldn't all motorists pull over to the side leaving the lanes in the middle of the road accessible for emergency vehicles? 🚒🚑🚓
I'm now interested in the unveiling of Koon's brother's death and the reason for haunting his little brother who is taking care of his child. The gay story messy affair is secondary for me.
For me, after seeing Singto playing adult roles in Baker Boys and Paint with Love. It's difficult adjusting my view of actors like him reverting to a teenage role.

Pond is narcissistic. However, he acts annoyingly only in front of the mirror in his room, not so much outside in public.
