I have never seen that but it doesn't look like what I have read of Bodhi Fate. Last October Tang Qi announced that she had written about 5000 words and anything else was fan fiction. So I don't know.

Tang Qi is releasing Lotus Step in 4 parts. She has released the first two. She talks about it on her Weibo account. I have read a translation of the first part and a couple of chapters from part two.

from what I read on Weibo, only the first two parts have been released. She has two more to go.

it isn't finished yet. Tang Qi is working on Lotus Step about Lian Song and Cheng Yu. That's half done but what I have read, it is mostly in the mortal realm and nothing about them. Bodhi Fate only has a prologue and first chapter so far. Mentions of Dong Hua are only when he was going to school with Mo Yuan and Shao Wan. I know Tang Qi said after TMOPB that she wouldn't write anymore trauma for Bai Qian and Ye Hua because they had earned their happy ending. I assume it will be the same for Feng Jiu and Dong Hua in the other books.

if actors have to depend on irrational little fan girl for views, they aren't really actors. If they all just started ignoring it, the children would go find another game to play.

I have to wonder if these fans are so delusional that they think they are going to have a relationship with the actor. They must be very immature and/or emotionally unstable to hate a celebrity just for dating. They need therapy.

YouTube has 63 and Viki 60 but they end the same. I think Viki made their episodes slightly longer to reduce the number.

well Feng Jiu and Dong Hua's story in Eternal Love was not in TMOPB. A different company had the rights to Pillow Book so their story here was made up. The adaptation was meant to have different leads, the actress who ended playing Ji Heng was supposed to play Feng Jiu. But this was such a huge hit that fans threatened to boycott if they used different actors so the companies had to work out a deal to use Jaywalk actors. The directors and crew were different in the two dramas it's why they have a different feel. And I like Dilraba in some things but not acting like a 12 year old. That is not Feng Jiu in the books. And fighting for someone who keeps saying NO is stalking. Like Su Jin. It felt like a preteen chasing an adult man. I saw way too much of that as a child protection social worker. It never ends well.

this drama was adapted from the novel Ten Miles of Peach Blossoms and has zilch to do with Fox Spirit Matchmaker. You seem very confused.

but I loved the novel Pillow Book. I was disappointed in the drama ELOD. It seemed very juvenile compared to Eternal Love. In the book, Feng Jiu was very young but she was a badass fighter like Bai Qian not a whiny baby.

and since most of the fans they would lose by having a public girlfriend or wife are very young girls, why would that bother a 30+ man. Unless they prefer very young girls.

a very large percentage of sex workers in many countries, including China, are not volunteering. They are victims of trafficking. I spent over 20 years as a social worker and it was already a major issue and just keeps getting worse. In my part of the US, we were seeing married men from other countries bring young girls with them to use while working here, then abandoning them.

Looks have NOTHING to do with character. The American serial killer, Ted Bundy, who raped and killed dozens of women and girls, used his good looks to gain their trust.

And in most countries, the prostitutes aren't all doing it of their own free will. Many, especially young ones, are trafficked. Only someone truly depraved could support that.
