I never read the manga, but Gokusen anime is amazingly great :D. I preferred Gokusen anime ^_^ you have to watch the anime. You will fall inlove. Honestly, the anime is a lot more funnier than the drama :D ^_^

I hate when they do though. They look so much better without.

I never saw the manga. I watched the animation though. So far the drama is going great, I love it as much as the anime ^_^. It's a lot faster though.

I've heard that a character name Wakui- Kun, who caught my interest. His full name is Mayu Wakui. I never saw him in the animation, but I heard he is in the manga. I have not reached his scene in GTO drama yet,but I've heard a lot about him. So I was considering to read the manga before I continue the drama. I don't read manga though, so I was wondering if you think I should watch the manga to understand Mayu Wakui role, or I can just continue the drama?
