yall, book Luan nian really liked to tease taotao to death

for people who dont know. the scene where shang zi tao said: "In ancient times you'd have to marry". actually in the book says:

In Luan Nian’s head, he was remembering what she’d said on the phone: "I'm telling you, I have a great body. You won't lose out."

You said you wanted to sleep with me. You said that even though you aren't a beauty, you have a great body. You said your ex called you 'full of surprises,' and you suggested I try sleeping with you once."

So I'm your sexual fantasy?" Luan Nian glanced at her. "Do you think of me when you're... alone?"

so far they haven't cut any scenes

taotao tried to set harder the boundary with luan nian than in the novel. I like this bc we can actually see luan nian kinda pissed off 😭

y'all, the directing is insane. the angles they shot for these incredible scenes have me holding my breath 😭😭😭

so far is very faithful to the book, even the changes they made were so good! they adapted to make them fit in the drama

y'all have to read the novel, there are some details from luan nian's thoughts that won't be seen in the drama. and I think it's such a shame for people to not know them!
