you know, i could deal with the story becoming repetitive and two (ugh) amnesia plotlines, but i draw the line at lee dohwa not getting his happy ending.....what is this

that's true! aspects i find unrealistic could very well feel realistic to other ppl. it's all about perspectives. sadly i don't feel like this drama resonates with me and i probably won't continue it because of that, but i think the actors did a great job nonetheless!

i just don't think most ppl's reaction to someone hating you bc of your sexuality would be to stay with that person, and even develop feelings for them... if i were in that situation, i'd feel like their hate towards me would be a threat to my safety? i get that type's character is dealing w trauma and that he's not Actually homophobic, deep down, but it's still hard for me to enjoy a drama centered around a guy who has that type of mindset. i did read the synopsis beforehand tho so it's not like that aspect of the show shocked me, but i suppose i was hoping it would be toned down a bit and not ruin (my) viewing experience.

the actors have great chemistry, but sadly i find the premise of the show more unrealistic and problematic than most thai bl i've watched... i'm going to have to drop it

i had my doubts about this remake since i loved the original cast so much, but this one is actually really good too! i love mingkit's chemistry, and the new actor for forth is just perfect.

i love kongpob and arthit's lovestory so much, but the side characters did nothing for me this season. i found myself skimming through their scenes because i really couldn't be bothered. i love all their friends from the previous season though! also, i really like that they put in some bonus scenes at the end of each ep, to kind of fill in the blanks caused by the timeskip. those scenes were really nice and heartwarming. i'm going to miss them and their lovestory a lot. :(

ohh thank you for clarifying! i thought gwanghae was one of the titles of this drama as well since it was listed on this page. i feel a lot more hopeful about getting a happy ending now!

yes you’re right! but since the kdrama is even alternatively titled “gwanghae”, it made me wonder about the possibility of them basing some of the events in the drama on real historical events. and maybe they will, but they’ll put a fictional twist on it since at the end of the day, the characters are only based on real people. but I sincerely hope they won’t! from the little I read, things didn’t end well for king gwanghae.

i just read the history of the king who king yiheon is based on and . consider me worried

I'M LOVING THIS DRAMA SO MUCH. i haven't been this invested since watching are you human too. i really hope things will work out between haseon and the queen, they are adorable together :(

ALSO I JUST NEED TO ADD that I’m so grateful I got to see a unique love story like this. there’s literally thousands of dramas and movies of a woman falling in love with a human man, which is why I couldn’t understand why some people were rooting for her to end up with human nam shin. what makes this drama so special is nam shin 3, and I’m so happy the writers decided to do something different by making sobong fall head over heels in love with him and by making nam shin 3 love her back. it’s a lovestory that transcends species and I thought that was really beautiful.

I LITERALLY SPENT THE ENTIRE EPISODE CRYING... gosh that was such a rollercoaster. I'm super happy about the ending, it was everything I could've hoped for! I feel completely drained after crying so much, so I find it hard to put things into words, I'll have to write a more thorough review later, but I can honestly say that this is the best drama I've ever watched. it made me feel so many emotions, and nam shin 3 is definitely my favourite male lead ever. if humans were more like him, then the world would be a much better place! aaa i can finally be at ease now that i know that he and sobong got their happy ending! 10/10

oh i know i was just really excited when i watched the raw!! i hope we will get another kiss in tomorrow's ep

oh my god this ep was just heartbreaking... i was so happy when he confessed his love for sobong and kissed her, that was beautiful. i just wish we didn't have to worry about that god damn kill switch every episode. i hope they will find a way to get rid of it for good, without damaging nam shin 3. and gosh the ending was so upsetting i cried so much. when she said "my kind son" my heart broke into a million pieces. she has upset me so much throughout the whole drama, but i think she redeemed herself in her last moments.

i feel like we can finally see the light at the end of the tunnel, a future in which nam shin and nam shin 3 can coexist and where nam shin 3 can be with sobong... if only the drama ends happily. i won't be able to get any sleep tonight lmao

i really can't predict how this drama will end and it's giving me a stomach ache... guess who won't get any sleep for a week skfjsf. i try not to worry too much though, bc the writers must've known everyone watching this would fall in love with nam shin 3, and that killing him off in the end would be the most disappointing kdrama ending ever...

it seems like them teaming up against the asshole grandfather is too much to ask for? ugh i'm so MAD

THAT BRAT JUST CAN'T BE REDEEMED AFTER THIS EP... I KEEP WAITING FOR HIM TO SNAP OUT OF IT AND STOP BEING A SHITTY PERSON, BUT NOW HE HAS PUT SOBONG IN SERIOUS DANGER /TWICE./ AND HE'S MAKING NAM SHIN 3 GO AGAINST EVERYTHING HE STANDS FOR BY MAKING HIM HURT HUMANS. I JUST CAN'T FEEL ANY SYMPATHY FOR HIM ANYMORE, THAT ASSHOLE HAS GONE TOO FAR.

UGH I REALLY CAN'T STAND THE HUMAN NAM SHIN, I TRIED BUT I CAN'T... HE HAD NO RIGHT TO INTERRUPT THEIR DATE, TAKE OUT HIS BATTERY, TAKE HIS JACKET AND PRETEND TO BE HIM? WHAT DOES HE GAIN BY MESSING WITH THE ROBOT WHO HAS ONLY TRIED TO PROTECT HIM, AND BY MESSING WITH THE ONLY PERSON WHO HAS NO CONNECTION TO HIM? SHE IS IN THIS FOR NAM SHIN III ONLY, AND SHE HAS MADE THAT CLEAR, UGH I'M SO MAD. TAKING OUT HIS BATTERY IS VIOLATING HIS RIGHTS AS A /PERSON/, AND I'M SO TIRED OF PEOPLE TREATING HIM LIKE AN OBJECT. IF I COULD THEN I WOULD REACH INTO THE SCREEN AND SLAP HIM BUT JUDGING BY THE PREVIEW, IT SEEMS LIKE IT WON'T BE NEEDED BECAUSE SOBONG ALREADY DID. THANK YOU QUEEN
