You articulated it perfectly! Ever since Tae-seop’s last relationship, he still hasn’t learnt anything about…
i’m glad you also see what i see. they didn’t show us his flaw from his past relationship for nothing. him talking about the kiss was extremely random because immediately after they kissed he called her his acquaintance😭 not even a friend. i’m still yet to understand why he’s like that when he’s been in a relationship before
True, but it’s nothing new; it’s been just as bad in previous years. This year just felt more annoying though,…
i can wait to be free from it. it doesn’t really bother me most times because it’s quite obvious who the leads will end up picking, which makes it unnecessary to even begin
i’ve noticed the best dramas air from mar-april… so i have high expectations for this one and every other drama airing in april. wlgyt aired in march and lovely runner starring bws aired in april 2024 and they’re both mega hits. i sound weird lol, but that’s the basis for my anticipation
I like both and really can’t label either one as ML. I will consider them co-ML. This might be the fitrsy time…
same here i have a had time referring to ji su as the “sm”l. i like how the plot is about who she’s going to choose, it makes the love triangle bearable even though the answer is kinda obvious
Hey, it's just a drama. No need to correlate it with ones real life. If y'all say so, I'm happy to agree. ML is…
this is so real i feel the show wants to make him seem like a player but honestly that’s just for people who judge based on stereotypes. he’s good looking and 2 women seem interested in him so that makes him a player lol.
i’m definitely not rooting for shin ji su because of his looks. when i first saw his character and how “condescending” he was to the fl, i thought there was no way i’d ever like him. he was immediately out for me. but actually watching and understanding his perspective changed that completely. now i like his character way more than i expected to.
people keep calling him a player and i genuinely don’t see it. a girl asked him out and he didn’t even accept. there’s also that older woman people keep bringing up, but nothing about their interaction suggests they’re romantically involved. if you actually watch how he behaved with her, it’s very clear.
he also clearly realized that he messed around during their first date, most likely because he was paid to. and he made up for it by taking the fl on a proper “real” date afterwards. during that date he treated her extremely well and was very respectful. even when she got dizzy from alcohol, he made sure not to touch her inappropriately. he stood up for her at dinner and literally walked out of his job just so he could remove the clothing tag from her dress when she had calmed down because he knew how embarrassed she would have been.
now compare that to the ml. he might look like the “ideal man” to some people, but let’s not forget why his ex-girlfriend left him in the first place. he’s emotionally unavailable. he literally waited for “destiny” to lead him back to the fl. yes, it worked out for him, but that mindset is honestly pathetic. he really thought the fl would call him after he ghosted her days after their first date.
he might be a generally nice man, but he doesn’t know how to be a partner. until his character actually develops, i can’t root for him and the fl. he’s the kind of “good boyfriend” who would starve you of affection and not even realize it.
and the irony is funny. some people say we only like ji su because he’s attractive, yet those same people are calling him a player because HE’S ATTRACTIVE. we’ve only seen him associated with two women and suddenly he’s labeled a player. meanwhile the fl literally went on blind dates with around fifteen men. does that make her a player too? obviously not.
it’s very clear that behind ji su’s jokes and smile there’s a lot more going on with him. he’s carrying burdens we probably haven’t even fully seen yet. nothing he has done toward the fl suggests that he’s a player.
for now the ml and fl might be dating, but i honestly think trouble is coming and they’d break up probably for a while. the ml is slow and emotionally inattentive, and i wouldn’t be surprised if he messes things because clearly he hasn’t evolved since his last relationship. maybe him and the fl will make up when he finally gets his act together.
while he was busy waiting for fate to guide him and ignoring the fl’s feelings, shin ji su was actually taking active steps toward the woman he likes. and somehow he’s the one people call a player.
i can’t believe people are calling ji su a player??? ep 3 quite literally shows he’s ride or die. if he was he would’ve made it clear to fl that he was only removing the tag on her clothe and not trying to flirt with her while smirking
the ml is the most second lead-ml i’ve ever seen omg. he doesn’t even take steps towards the fl. but shin ji su🥹 what a golden retriever. he’s not yet in love with the fl but he treats her too well. if he doesn’t end up with her i’m kms
