I was hoping this might turn out better than their last project, but the dubbing... I just can't. Which is too bad because I actually like these two together, and I have been a fan of Frank's for a long time.
The wait until it is over to binge it is killing me. The only thing that keeps me going is the thought that this could be a birthday present to me since my birthday is on Nov. 5 T-T

This was much better in the first half than the second. It was fine, but I really wish we had more of the daughter and sunbae. It was all very last min and rushed
I am not even going to take this as an adaption of cherry magic, the manga or the japanese version. I am just going to enjoy TayNew. I've missed them a lot.
Very detailed spoiler so if you want just a simple answer, they end up together but not in the way you think Read on for details
From what I heard, Jom ends up back in the present while the ml is left in the past. The ml lives out his life without Jom and dies. Meanwhile, Jom meets the present reincarnation of the ml and that's their ending. A lot of ppl see that as sad as Jom was in love with the past life ml, but I think it's fine because in the novel (which I heard about so don't quote me on this), is that after going back to the 1920s, instead of returning to the present, Jom actually goes further back in time. There, I believe Jom is a servant or something like that, and the ml is a commander. That is actually when their love story began. So, when Jom goes back to the present, his meeting and falling in love with the present-day ml makes sense because it was always the SOULS that they both had fallen in love with. It did not matter which lifetime they meet, because the two of them will always love each other. However, I don't believe that the drama will show us the first lifetime, so this ending might be a bit difficult to swallow for those who have not read the novel.
