Maybe GJ and Jae Hoon reconciled when Jae hoon was at the verge of death and wanted a lot of blood although it would've been better if we got to see those scenes but it was left to our imagination.That's what the writers wanted so let's just imagine whatever and the things that were cremated can be the belongings of Baek Hae Sook but the police mistook it as the evidence

The ending was left to our imagination so I just assumed the things but I agree the ending part was clean-cut and short.

I get that Jae Hoon killed Kang San and GJ erased the evidence but why show that the body of Kang San was stolen by Jung Hae
That's the only part I don't get(did I miss smthg?)
