I loved the first HERO, but despite Kimura being in HERO 2, I just don´t get pulled into this one..the acting…
I kinda agree...i love Kimmy but there's something missing in here...He is still good-looking but he isn't as charming as he was in his other dramas..I watched him in Priceless and he still got that charm there but with this drama..I don't know..Maybe he doesn't have that great chemistry with Keiko??? But I like the end story....I just hope they retain Amamiya :(
Yep, because of Mi Young running away with Daniel, I so enjoyed this one so much better. So wish they had shown…
I think it's better to put it into spoiler than be sorry..kekeke!!!
I remember very well how Xin Yi is, that's why I know how Joe Chen portrayed her. I like how she cried that's why I also cried with her. I felt sad with the K version but I never cried like I do when I watched this version. Specially the scene that result why Xin Yi run outside and got her miscarriage. I really felt her sorrow and heartache that made me cried a river.
I think it just make senses in totality of the story. And it the reason why I like this version. Ethan really makes Xin Yi a reason to run away from him. Unlike in K version. Mi Young knows and felt that Gun really love her unlike this version that Ethan really never tell her how he felt for her and showed that he is in a confused state that resulted all the following dilemma and scenes. And that's the reason that it all makes sense. And when Ethan realize things she looked for her.
But I think that's what the difference between the 2 version. They give different reason for the main girl to leave. And different character for the lead guy.

Same here! I watched it so long long ago. And I'm planning on re-watching it again because I missed it while watching the Korean version. Those side character really left their own impression and greatly contribute in over-all drama, they are the comic relieve of the story.
Hmm...I also like how Jang Na Ra and the writer give a different vibe with the character. But for me I think the way the main character describe and how they want us the viewer to see the character, I think Joe Chen as Xin Yi portrayed it more closely to what I expect the character would be based on the description but not because she was a better actress than Jang Na Ra that's not the case..It just that Jo Chen has this "more-pitiful aura" in her befitting the character Xin Yi And I think the reason I like Xin Yi's character more because of the overall "fairytale" feel of this version.

I'm on the episode 12 of the Korean Version and being this version was my all time favorite...Gosh!! They keep bugging me even when I'm sleeping!!! I'm loving the Korean version so far because it was kinda different with this version. But I like this version much better. I think that this version is much more funnier..I love the scenes where how people know about her pregnancy..I think it's really really funny. And I like how those side character shine on their own unlike in Korean version where they are purely side character. And I think the relationship/conversation between Xin Yi and her mother was more touching. And the secretary was the best here. Comparing Mi Yong and Xin Yi..I think Xin Yo has more pitiful aura, harder situation and much more justifiable reason for leaving than Mi Young.
And I like the over-all fairy tale feel of this version than the realism feel of the Korean one. And I like the OST here more. OverallI like both version cause they are different with each other..Just love this version more...kekeke!!!
For now I like the cast...Kim So Eun will definitely pass as a naive girl Nao but I will definitely watch out for Lee Sang Yoon, his image and aura doesn't give me an Akiyama feel. And I agree that SSR will be better as Akiyama. So it will be make or break with LSY, it will be a test of his acting. I'll definitely watch it.
