Not only for your sake but also to anyone who might become a victim of your being too emotional. I hate girls on the drama that do this thing. And for the boyfriend...Why go for a drive if you are planning on talking about something serious. Why don't go for a secluded place that won't bother anyone even if you shout until you can't breath!

I do the same..When I got bored watching drama or having terrible slump, I run to Variety Shows or I re-watched my favorite dramas, and it never fails to heal me. :)
