I think you should really do that..cause usually dramas are long to warm up..like you got to endure an episode or two before the story got interesting..without bearing a little or understanding that there are dramas that gets interesting as episode goes by..you don't know your putting a gem on the trash...

I know it from experience...When I'm watching prosecutor princess..the 1st ep. really got me bored..So I put it on-hold..then after sometimes I try to watch it again then..wow!!! it's really a good one..

And I saw in your dropped list many good drama..so maybe sometimes when your in the mood..you can try picking them again...
