I started this drama 3 or 4 months ago and dropped it after ep 3 bc I was watching a new drama, but I didn't have anything to watch so I decided to give it a chance and I'm so glad I did. I liked everything about this drama except for the fact that I couldn't see ML's point of view on things, like when he kept her by his side to protect her. I was desperately waiting for an explanation of everything that had been going on and how she was disappointed in him for keeping her in the dark about her brother's killer. Maybe I'm wrong and wasn't listening, but he only told her that everything is not as simple as it seems. Like that was it. I wish I knew what he was thinking
I donβt think YQM and the Emperor were ever married, which is the reason FX was never publicly acknowledged…
I'm pretty sure in season one the guy explained to FX that YQM married the prince. He said they didn't make it official so not many people knew about it.
I know right? I remember being so pissed that's why I hate watching drama on Viki with comments open. while some people can be funny. some people can be so mean-hating, and it's always on the female lead.
I remember in season 1 how many people wanted FX to be with Duo Duo instead while saying the Wan Er is so bland but I have to say Wan Er is a more perfect match for FX than Duo Duo.
I'm so curious about YQM. The fact that she trusted FJ to raise FX after she died makes me curious about how she married the emperor if she didn't let FX be a prince. I want to know if she married him because she loved him or if she was obligated to marry him. I'm also curious about Yun Rui. The way she was talking to Wan Er, says that she likes someone and wants the person to see her I want to know who π
But I gotta say CP cracks me up π unexpectedly I kinda like him in this season. Like they really made me hate him for no reason. Hope he won't change tho cause I still don't fully trust him
I usually don't like watching drama or shows with more than one season especially if it's going to take long before the next season comes out. After waiting 4 years for this drama I was afraid they would change the actors, especially the ML, and that the vibe wouldn't be the same cause I liked every minute in the first season. But now after watching the first episode, I was glad it's still the same. I am so happy I'm able to see them again and can't wait for the next update.
I hated the fact that they couldn't have just portrayed her second life only and, in a way, told the viewer she already did those things in her first life. And the fact that at first, when she was reborn before she met her master, they portrayed her as strong and mature, but as soon as she met her master (she is still a bit more mature than the previous chongzi) but she automatically becomes chongzi all over again. And People don't have to agree with me on this, but I get that it was love at first sight for her, but the fact that a few hours after meeting her master, they were literally holding hands as if they've known each other for a long time. I mean, she didn't remember her past life and had just met him, Why didn't she find it weird that her master was touching her? They literally made her obsessed with someone she just met, already "willing to do anything as long as she is with him" That's not a love story
