Didn't know she wrote secret garden....was the 2nd kdrama I watched back in 2010..i enjoyed it a lot 10 years ago..will search it soon and see if I feel the same way..

Watched goblin last year...I enjoyed it didn't buy the love story tho and its not a top 10 drama of mine ...i enjoyed the scenes with goblin and from reaper the best as well as from reaper love interest..was glad to knwo thet those 2 starred together in a comedy drama last year..I enjoyed that as well
The story behind TKEM is great but again too much focus on a love story that's not necessary
I dropped DOTS never got the hype...it's a no for me
Mr Sunshine started off good...became blaahh to me after a while and the so called love story should've been absent ughh didn't feel the chemistry at all

Goblin is better than Mr Sunshine...didnt buy the love story in any of her dramas: Goblin, Mr.Sunshine and The King
Think in terms of romance Mr Sunshine is the worst...Mr Sunshine would've been a much better drama without it...
With Goblin, his relationship with Grim Reaper and the young boy is what made the drama so great...Love this aspect of the drama..again didn't get into the love story
Imo the story of The King in terms of the parallel universe and what's not is the best plot...however it was not executed as well..spent more times showing their love when other things could be explained...I think if the king had a closer relationship with someone other than his gf people wouldve liked the drama better or even if there were more action scenes between the good and evil
Nonetheless I am looking forward to see how this drama ends
So far I have quite a few gripes, I read some of the comments here before watching, so i'm quite divided. So far…
This drama focuses too much on the so called love story and takes away from the action and Lee Lim...he's hardly in any scenes for an extended period of time...I wish we got more answers..now it's only 3 more episodes and I doubt all of our questions will be answered..not buying the love story at all
I'm not a fan of KGE acting either although she is better than before...like you said her face shows little emotions...it's just bland..I just don't feel captivated when she's on screen..I'm also definitely not buying the cop thing...seems forced for lack of a better word and bllaahh
Lee Min Ho is a great actor imo...he's NO Jang Hyuk or Jisung but great nonetheless...I think in this role he has to he this way tbh...with the beheading thing I don't find anything offensive about that really although I won't joke about things like that. You should watch City Hunter and The Legend of the Blue Sea where LMH starred in both dramas... very good imo
In conclusion these things will continue..I like the drama nonetheless and really want to see how it will end...
Woo Do Hwan characters are the best imo...I also like his love interest..it would be good for a spin off with those 2 characters as the main
