I think she said she choose for both to not be hurt, then after she chose her 4 ger ger (LLW)

she did. in chapter 44 she was hurt and LWY said to let her choose but she ended up choosing LLW. it was so sad to see LWY cry after that. then the ending songs and trailers for 45-46 came out and it showed QS left LWY to meet her LLW again and LWY was heartbroken searching for her again. I'm not sure if she will end up with YWY anymore. :( boo

the ending theme song seems like LLW gives her back to YWY because she got hurt cuz of him again but the she left YWY to be with LLW again .
