Viewers work hard, but haters work even harder. The ratings dropped from 8.4 to 7.9, which doesn’t do this drama justice. I didn’t plan to rate it this early, but it hurts to see the score so low, so I’ll give it a high rating to pull up the rating. This is my favorite drama right now, and I hope the low rating won’t discourage new viewers from giving it a chance.

I really really really love this omg. This drama is so unserious and funny 😂 Never thought I would like Esther and Xukai's dynamics. Their microexpression esp when they are bickering like kids is so natural. I've seen a lot of Esther's dramas, and I could say this genre is really her forte. She plays this type of role really well. As for Xukai, I've seen one of his dramas before but his role is not this silly so he quite surprised me. I love his acting here.

As for the dubbing, I have no issues. Esther's baby voice is explained time and time again - that it is essential for the character. I've been seeing comments about it since LBFAD, her voice really changed there when her role matured. Her voice in MJTY which is a dark and serious drama is really different. So ig she's modulating her voice based on what the script requires and that's commendable.

Overall, this drama captivated me, the plot and acting are solid. I'm enjoying this so far. Happy watching to all of us 🍿 May we have a friendly and toxic-free comment section 🤗

I don't see the issue with the screentime? I'm content with tonight's episode. Everyone got their screentime and they were fantastic, especially Shuxin with her fighting scenes. Weibo is chaotic, I don't think it will be healthy to bring the issue here.

I've only seen the first 4 eps of this drama but I am so hooked! I love how both of the FLs are cunning but in their own way. Their contrast is fun to watch. SGQ is sly and does things openly. You know she's up to no good when she smiles sinisterly. Her dewy eyes are deceitful. We know some deets about her bc she revealed her background with YWS. However YWS is so subtle. Her smile is reserved and her actions don't reveal much about herself, leaving us with these mind-boggling theories. She doesn't talk too much even during their banter, SGQ loves provoking her and she's just like 😒 They are like siblings, SGQ is the younger sister who loves to annoy the older one. They would pick on each other but at the end of the day, they would still look out for each other.

You know they understood their roles really well because their characterization is good. They are a perfect balance for each other. I'm living for this sibling dynamics ♥️

This is a light-hearted drama, so I'm not expecting some mind-boggling plot. It will get draggy for sure but I'm just here to relieve stress after a long and tiring day at work. I hope I don't have to use my brain for this drama as my brain automatically shuts off after work.

LBFAD is my first Shuxin drama. I read the novel and I really love her characterization of XLH. She's a ray of sunshine there and her voice never bothered me so I'm going to give this drama a try.
