So far I have tolerated FL and even said she wasn’t stupid. But her behavior when he was stabbed because of her is unacceptable. Her indecisiveness is just not an accepted behavior for an adult even if she doesn’t care about him. She has no empathy.
I liked the drama but FL is just too irritating. If I was the ML, I would have killed her to put her out of her misery. Second lead couple really outshined the main couple.

Her voice and cutesy acting I really can’t stand. The only drama that voice worked in was My Amazing Boyfriend Season 2. I was disappointed to see that she sounds and acts like that in all of her dramas. I guess the general public really likes her since she keeps being put into dramas with major actors. Of course, her family is extremely wealthy and in China that may be a big plus.

I don’t know if he dies on the beach actually happens. All scenes that are shown on the beach are dream sequences. So why wouldn’t this be the same thing. Maybe he thinks this is the way he will die. We really don’t know how many years the storyline goes. History tells us that the Crown Prince returned after 8 years and that his father killed him when he returned because of his relationship with Khan. The papers given to the Inspector were written by someone and we don’t know who wrote them. It has been 23 years since the Crown Prince was murdered by his father. His wife and two of sons were killed only one lived the youngest. There is a new king who was the son of the king’s second wife not the crown prince’s mother. The papers could have been falsified by someone to justify the crown prince’s murder. The crown prince’s stepmother was not a nice person. The Crown prince’s father is considered one the worst King Korea ever had during the Joseon Dynasty. The Royals were some of most corrupt individuals during this time period and were killing each because they wanted the King to be controlled by their group. The Crown Prince and the group that went with him to exile were all victims of the corrupt government at that time and never had a chance to survive. One thing I am curious about the storyline, is this being told to the inspector who went to see the person in the mental ward. If so, who is this person. I haven’t seen anything that proves who it is one way or another. It is obviously someone who know the whole story from beginning to end. The only person who would know that is the ML or the FL. If you think about it they are in a mental hospital and no one pays any attention to them. They are connected to the royal families one way or another and just left there to die. Anyone from the royal family could have put someone in there that could be a problem to coverup of the king murdering his son. If it was 23 years ago that doctor probably wouldn’t have been there and doesn’t know who they are. He never calls them by name. But they are fed and given supplies to suit their needs. The guy downstairs thinks he is a woman and was putting on a lot of makeup which they obviously give him and keep him supplied in. I actually thought he looked like the ML but probably not. I don’t blame the FL or the ML for the decisions they made regarding their relationship and what they had to do to survive. We can’t imagine the horrible world they lived in and the constant fear of being killed or starved to death. You could kill anyone without any repercussions to the killers. The ML just a wants to do what he wants and seems really to be a con artist. I hope we find out who he really is but he has been trained by the military somewhere. He definitely is a trained killer and has no fear of combat.
Chinese have become ridiculous regarding control of the entertainment people view in their country. They have really tightened down on what they consider appropriate for their citizens to see. Living in a communist country they don’t want the people of China to get any ideas that other countries may be a better place to live.
Modern day Chinese life stories are so bizarre to me that I can’t really stand to watch them. I know they exaggerate everyone’s lifestyles compared to actual reality of the world they live in just like they do in the western countries. But it is really hard to relate to the ultra rich world they portray in these dramas. Does no one in China ever just say what is on their mind? They just spit out ridiculous nonsense that no one in their right mind would use. Some of sets look my grandmothers’s house in the late 1980s.

I have someday your citizens will come to understand that you are a democrat republic and should treat their citizens as such. Punishing entertainment stars for their mistakes, especially since they have made retribution for their mistakes, for the rest of their lives is ridiculous.

You need to study up on comet/asteroid that could hit the earth and the damage it would cause to our planet. Also basic knowledge of how fragile our planet’s atmosphere is. The biggest misconception of this show is if Earth was plunged into total darkness that anything could live.
I really enjoyed this show. I watched the whole drama in 1 night. What is most interesting about the drama is the fact that this could actually happen to our planet. Great actors and an unconventional story that doesn’t drag. No long, drawn out love stories to interfere with the storyline.
The way Korea is acting towards him is the same type of treatment China does to their actors. China is a communist country. Korea is suppose to be a Democratic country.
