I've been thinking intensly how Pat and Pran are neighbours.

I bet that their parents didn't want to live next to each other after the conflict, especially Dissaya. So they must have moved in after their respective weddings with their in-laws/parents (Pat/Pran grandparents). It is seen that Pran's and Pat's mothers are already pregnant at the houses they currently live in.

We know that Ming inherited business from his father who was very strict with him. It is very likely that Ming's parents are now dead, on how Pat's mom was talking about Pat's grandfather in ep10. So my best guess it's Ming's father's house where Ming now lives with his wife and children.

Ming and Pran's mother went to the same high school together. Prof. Pichai says in ep.10 that Ming and Pran's father went to the same high school, so Ming, Pran's father and Dissaya probably all went to the same high school. Although there is a possibility that Pran's father did go to the international high school, as mentioned by Pran in ep10. Ming was the head of the class.

Ming and Dissaya went after the same scholarship so they must have finished school the same year. They were possibly born the same year. Dissaya took part in a beauty paegant in 1994. That makes Ming and Dissaya being born around 1977/1978 (approx 46years old in 2021).

Less is known about Pran's father's business and their house. There are 3 possibilities:
1. They live in Dissaya's parents house and took over Dissaya's parents business
2. They live in Pran's father's father's house and took over the Siridechawat family business (i know it sounds funny, we don't know what's his name and it's sooo annoying)
3. Pran's father started the business independently.

My best guess would be that it's Dissaya's family house. Her and Ming knew each other and teamed up together during the competitions. They could have been the neighbour kids studying together. The question is, would Dissaya stay in that home being close to Ming if it not had been her family home?
