What I wanna say to y'all that the last few weeks I LOVE coming back to this page and the comment section. I check it several times a day! It is sooooooooooo positive and full of joy. The discussions are healthy, not the *crazy* ones, full of proper analysis and sharing the news and ideas. So my dear buddies, I'm glad we all have this passion for the show that we share to each other!!
In the most of the series I am always like communicate damn it. Communicate, communication is the key. In bad…
That is so true. I love how healthy their relationship is when it's 2 of them. The problems don't come from the main couple, but from the people around them.
And in Ep6, Pat tried to reach to Pran multiple times to talk about their situation, he was so great about it, I found myself saying "My respectful king <3", because I loved it so much, how he cared about Pran's feelings, giving him space, but trying to communicate clearly.
Please skip whatever Mame does. She's full of super toxic themes like childhood trauma, rape etc. Some of my favourites:Japan:…
True. Most of times they're Idol shows who probably don't want any skinship. Lack of chemistry between the leads is awful. The lenght of korean shows is just absurd.
That's why I liked "Light on me", that was a longer show where you can see character and relationship development.
BLs in Thailand skyrocketed with 2gether. This all started with Love Sick, which I love so much. Then you had glimpses of how the audience would react in Bad Romance and Kiss, and after the positive reception of these shows and pairings, Thailand started producing more and more daring works, which is why I applaud the industry, because it's first to really develop the high quality LGBT content that breaks into the mainstream.
Of course Thai shows have their own problems, such as 2moons situation, homophobic actors playing in BL, lack of diversity, fanservice during the promotions etc, complete disregard for GL. There are many.
But still, it's breaking many barriers and moving the Overton window of acceptance so I'm still happy to see new developments when it comes to the Thai shows.

I absolutely agree. The shows are too short. I don't get it, don't they understand the appeal of BL shows? Maybe it's too conservative to break into the mainstream, like BLs went in Thailand with 2gether.

Define disappointment.
I think Sotus takes few eps before it shows it's full potential. It took me a while to get into Sotus, those initial episodes were very annoying. But now it's very much my comfort show.
There's a great chemistry/tension between the two leads, the story is great too, how their relationship develops. It's got very good music and side characters, who also get their own share of a good character development.
There's no skinship level of TharnType and no s*x scenes, plus some of the plot is very much exaggerated.
Not many people like Sotus S (season 2) and rightfully so. It was overdone and annoying to be honest. It's a pity.
HELPPP. I tried to watch a few shows to keep myself busy until bad buddy adds an other episode but every BL serie…

Some of my favourites: Japan: Kieta Hatsukoi, The Man Who Defies The World of BL, Cherry Magic Taiwan: We Best Love part 1 and 2 (part 1 has rivals to lovers) History3 and History4, Be Loved In House, Craving You S. Korea: Light On Me, To My Star (S. Korea is sooooooooo disappointing when it comes to BLs) Thailand: Until We Meet Again, Manner of Death, 1000Stars, He's Coming To Me, The Moment, The Moment Since and the classics: SOTUS, Kiss Me Again (Pete-Kao cut), Together With Me
Oh rigght!! I never noticed that Jimmy was in the parking lot. I was distracted by his hair lol. But yeah, this…
He keeps manipulating and gaslighting Pran a lot, that's a shitty friend to me. Not to mention he's very aggressive with a bad temper, always causing trouble and additional work for Pran. He's extremely selfish too. What an awful character he is!!
Jimmy is the sweetest, I can't wait for his series next year!
