I definitely feel all the pressure Pat's dad is putting on him. But Pran's mom is the one I hate. The actress is doing a fabulous job, whenever I see her on screen I feel my blood boiling.

My understanding is that this is the order:
1. Pat exchanging the dialogue with Pran happens during the auditions 2. Much later main lead leaves, Pran asks Pat to join and we get the rooftop scene 3. After the rooftop scene Pran apologises to Toto and the crew saying Pat won't do it 4. Pat suddenly plays the xylophone and says he'll do it, they later chat on stage 5. Scene in Pat's room, where Pran feeds him and they confess and "kiss" (and Pa needs to pee)
