Lately MDL has been ruining my mood. A show would be going well but somehow people always find reasons to hate on them by nitpicking at irrational things. This one has just begun and the rating is so low? How did they judge the story without even knowing it enough yet? Ridiculous

yeah those first episodes were cringe to me too but it got WAY better next

Just found the courage to watch the last episode and boy I cried. I didn't want it to end and now that it has I feel empty. Truly was the best drama I've watched in a while. Sure it had it's ups and downs but overall it's still a good drama. It's more of an experience. A good experience.

This is the first time I've seen that the transmigrator was not the main character and it wasn't outrightly mentioned until the last episode. Usually that's the main plot of the show, that someone isekai into the book.

Prisoner of Beauty was trash. The ML was so immature and sulky all the time, along with anger issues. Wrong example to compare about greatness of a show. I can say the same that you see beauty more than the plot and praise just about anything XD

They did TXW so bad in this drama. Her make up is bad, it looks very tacky on her, while she looks so pretty irl even without it (saw in bts). Imo the makeup in POJ suits her the best

He did such a splendid job in POJ especially during the Lin'an arc that I was moved to tears. The way he captured this fictional village in its best angles made me want to visit it. Just so beautiful. The cinematographers deserve all the praise

Their time in Lin'an was genuinely the best thing I've ever seen. For that alone I could give it a 10/10. I don't think I can ever move on from that. I'm glad I watched this drama <3
