I was looking forward to the second half but now I'm so disappointed. I'll cherish the first half with all my heart because it was done so perfectly. It seems like they are rushing a lot of things in the 2nd half. They should have made a S2 or just extend the episodes I don't think any of us would have complained if they had more episodes because it would have been a masterpiece

I loved FCY's fight scenes but cmon give us more for XZ too. I would have rather watched a fight scene rather than that dimpled freak slowly drinking his wine for 2 mins straight. That was valid from him. He would have rather died trying to save his master's life rather than wake up to the news of his death. He must be blaming himself for being knocked out and not being able to help in any way. Although I don't think they are enemies, he's probably just angry but will continue to treat her fairly

This drama should have been 70 episodes like Story of Yanxi Palace cuz as I'm reading the comments of novel readers they have cut out a lot of things which would have made this already good drama even better 🥲 I'm sad for what it could have been if given proper time

Whoever made the choice to only show XZ's fight scenes merely as a flashback has done us wrong. Their fight scenes should have been equally long. He's a general after all. Why did they do him like thisss I'm so irritated
