I really liked the slow-paced cinematography and The OST. All the actors are great. I haven't seen Park Min Young drama after "What's wrong with Secretary Kim?". But now, I have a really great expectation from this drama.
I really hate the trailer. I don't know, why are the CDramas are so much simply written? Like the script could be written by a 12 years old aspiring writer. The versatile acting of Park Min Young can be clearly seen in her ongoing project "When the weather is fine". I really like the story, slow-paced cinematography and moreover the OST. I think Cdramas isn't even half-close the level of content, concept, and stories created in Kdramas.
The first few episodes for me just keep clicking the fast forwards. but after episode 4-5 story starts making up. Now I am in episode 8, and the story starts becoming something. Even the synopsis starts from episode 6. The start was slow but then it's OKAY-OKAY and now GREAT. I hope the plot will build stronger further.
Risky...remaking a classic. I will be checking in on this drama and I hope it can do justice to the original.
Yes it could be risky. If it doesn't deliver the same performance. Like the Chinese remake of "Kill Me Heal Me". If they are making a remake of a masterpiece, it should be a better masterpiece.
I don't think there would by any second season. If it was pre-planned then they already have shot that. No one gonna check the schedule of each actor again. If there would be the second season it would take at least 2021 to be in streaming. BTW I have no problem with waiting. Watchers deserves the season 2 ASAFP.
Yeah, Exactly! Are they showing one per week? Because the end date changes from 9 November to 15 November. I think they are going to air last two episodes in one week. Episode 13 & 14, one per week.
I don't like first episode. I have high hopes with this drama, because of JCW. Roles like healer and the K2 is quite great for him. The story of first episode unable to hook me for other. Here male lead seems quite careless, I mean he didn't know that the Russian Scientist was missing and there was a conspiracy regarding this whole "cryo" thing. On the other hand, his girlfriend looks at the articles regarding the Russian Biologist after he went to the 24 hour cryo-sleep. What the writer is thinking about? Writer made the male lead so much careless.
I think the series could give competition to the top-notch movies & series we have seen related to the same concept of revenge. You can feel the strong vibes from the very beginning of the show. The curiosity of "what's happening next" has arisen from just watching the first episode.
