it's been a while since i last saw this but i watched it and a few years later i watched it again and it was still one of the kdrama's i had ever seen. and i have seen all the dramas Cho Seung Woo has done since and now i'm waiting on The East Palace
i dislike romantic themed dramas where the romance is central to the plot but i am really feeling the age gap crush Heo Sung Tae's character has on Park Ji Eun's character. i hate how he is screwing it up so far. i want this to work out for him. i am vicariously living through him. the 2 actors have a 10 year gap irl, but she looks far younger than that and i'm just a few year younger than him.
i'm also feeling Shin Ha Kyun's character. he's on the outs with his wife because he can't explain what's going on because the significant other never understands.
i put off watching this bc i don't like the will the won't they tension in shows where romance is central to the plot. i just saw Undercover Miss Hong and realized i like this main female protagonist. i saw her in Alhambra and Sysiphus before and have liked everything i have seen her in which is 4 things in total now. the main male lead is a sanctimonious himbo. he is emotional, carless with an infatile sense of morality. why try to measure a demon against the morality of man? i don't think i would try to catch a tiger or bear that killed a man and bring him to justice. demons are demons and its what they do.
