I don't know why they are trying to make some of the scenes seem like light-hearted, almost comedic moments when both episodes were pretty heavy.

Also, I think the story needed an ex (or second male/female) for Seojun, not Jiwoo. Jiwoo already has a lot to unpack.

That doesn't make sense. If he is in his last year, she should be in her 7th year in uni. If she is not doing her masters what is she doing in school that long? If she is in her 4th year in university, that would mean the boy is either in the first year of high school or the last year of middle school. 7 years is bad when one of the parties is a minor actually.

I literally hate all versions of Hana Yori Dango because 1. I hate school bullying themes, 2. I hate it when FLs fall in love with obviously bad people however romanticized or good looking they are, and 3. it's even worse when the FL's second choice is %100 better than the ML.
